Mauro Pelucchi 

Mauro Pelucchi is a Senior Data Scientist and Big Data Engineer, responsible for designing the “Real-Time Labour Market Information System on Skill Requirements” for CEDEFOP – the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training. He currently serves as Head of Global Data Science at Lightcast, where he focuses on developing innovative models, methods, and applications of labour market and related data to meet customer needs and prototype new potential solutions. In addition, Mauro is involved in academic research and teaching at the University of Milano-Bicocca and the University of Bergamo, focusing on labour market intelligence systems, business intelligence, big data analytics, and computer engineering. 

Mauro Pelucchi ist Senior Data Scientist und Big Data Engineer und verantwortlich für die Konzeption des „Real-Time Labour Market Information System on Skill Requirements“ für CEDEFOP – das Europäische Zentrum für die Förderung der Berufsbildung. Derzeit ist er Leiter des Bereichs Global Data Science bei Lightcast, wo er innovative Modelle, Methoden und Anwendungen für Arbeitsmarktdaten und verwandte Daten entwickelt, um Kundenbedürfnisse zu erfüllen und neue potenzielle Lösungen zu prototypisieren. Darüber hinaus ist Mauro Pelucchi in der akademischen Forschung und Lehre an der Universität Mailand-Bicocca und der Universität Bergamo tätig. Seine Schwerpunkte liegen auf Arbeitsmarktinformationssystemen, Business Intelligence, Big Data Analytics und Computertechnik.
