Vincent Slot is Team Lead R&D at Bullhorn and an expert in artificial intelligence, specializing in search technologies. He leads research and development initiatives to create advanced AI solutions that help recruiters find the best candidates and job opportunities. Vincent Slot is a strong advocate for Responsible AI. As a member of the AI & Big Data Committee of the Royal Netherlands Standardization Institute (NEN), he contributes to the development of European standards for implementing the EU Artificial Intelligence Act. 

Vincent Slot ist Teamleiter für Forschung und Entwicklung (R&D) bei Bullhorn und Experte für Künstliche Intelligenz, spezialisiert auf Suchtechnologien. Er leitet F&E-Initiativen zur Entwicklung fortschrittlicher KI-Lösungen, die Recruiter dabei unterstützen, die besten Kandidat:innen und Stellenangebote zu finden. Vincent Slot engagiert sich besonders für verantwortungsvolle KI. Als Mitglied des AI- & Big-Data-Ausschusses des Niederländischen Normungsinstituts (NEN) trägt er zur Entwicklung europäischer Standards für die Umsetzung der EU-Verordnung zu Künstlicher Intelligenz (EU AI Act) bei.
